TASTING NOTE: EP (Élevage Prolongé) is the refined version of Héritage. More gastronomic, with a streamlined texture, EP gains in length and salinity without sacrificing the generous fruit that shines brilliantly in this non-dosage version.
SERVICE: 10°C in an ice bucket with cool water and a few ice cubes.
FOOD/WINE PAIRING: Aperitif, white meats and grilled fish.
